That alone ought to get you interested, right? Tonight on House, the dude who plays a knight on the Renaissance Festival becomes House's (Laurie) patient, prompting him and Thirteen (Olivia Wilde) to investigate on the Renaissance Fair - in complete costume.

It is also a big Wilson (Robert Sean Leonard) episode, as we get to meet his new girlfriend, who is his ex-wife, played by Lost alum Cynthia Watross. Not so surprisingly, like in the cutthroat bitch saga, House tries to ruin their relationship.

Finally, Wilson finds an empty bottle of Vicodin in House's pocket when he's forced to do his laundry for a month after losing a bet. Promos after the jump:
