In my circle of friends, I'm known as the reality queen. I watch the Emmy nominated ones, like The Amazing Race and Project Runway and I also watch the ones I should have outgrown years ago like The Hills and Crowned. Even I have standards, though, and I boycott I Love New York and A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila. There isn't enough money, I tell you! I think Bravo has become my favorite network because they've given me My Life on the D-List with Kathy Griffin as well as Shear Genius, Queer Eye, Tim Gunn's Guide to Style… the list goes on and on!

One of my resolutions for 2008 is to make more time for scripted shows. I can’t live without The Office or Lost. My favorite of all-time is Extras on HBO, which just ended its run with a supersized 90-minute episode this month. I'll need Ricky Gervais to make me a new TV show soon to laugh my ass off at. I'm promising myself that I'm going to finally get into How I Met Your Mother. I already ordered the previous seasons on NetFlix and now you know what I'll be doing over the holiday break!

I love my late night programming from The Daily Show to The Colbert Report to Conan to Saturday Night Live. SNL does tend to be hit or miss but has given me some good moments that I can YouTube over and over again from Jake Gyllenhaal's rendition of “And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going” to Peyton Manning's United Way digital short. Conan gave us a dirty website about manatees while Colbert ran for president. In terms of getting information on those ACTUALLY running for president, there's no one I trust more than Jon Stewart for my information.

Yes, 2007 was a good year and kept my DVR very busy. When it ran out of space taping the Lost finale as Charlie floated away, I almost had heart failure! By the way, if you buy one thing this year, invest in a SlingBox. It hooks up to your TV and lets you control and watch it from any computer anywhere with an Internet connection. OK, maybe I'm a little too addicted to my television.
