We reported earlier that the Hogan clan of Hogan Knows Best is in a very weird place, with, Nick Hogan getting sentenced to eight months in prison, Hulk Hogan outed as having had an affair contributing to the end of a 24-year marriage, and Linda Hogan, matriarch of the Hogan brood, in a new relationship with a young man - err, boy - nearly three decades her junior.

How is Brooke Hogan dealing with the fact that her 48-year-old mother's new flame, Charlie Hill, is only 19 years old and went to school with both her and Nick?

"Yes, it's true," Brooke Hogan told Michael Yo on his Yo on E! satellite radio show last Tuesday.  "I'm totally freaked out.  This is really weird.  I personally don't like it at all or condone it.  I went to school with him.  He was a grade under me.  Me and Nick know him well.  Me and Nick are two years apart, and he was right between us in school."

She may not be thrilled with the latest scoop to come out of her family but the soon-to-be star of the Hogan Knows Best spin-off, Brooke Knows Best which will premiere July 13 at 10pm on VH1, has little choice but to come to grips with it, just as she's been forced to do so with all that's happened to her family lately.

"She's my mom, so I have to show her support.  I'm just staying the course and dealing with it and supporting my family.  I'm actually on my way to see Nick now.  You know, I thought we were one of the normal Hollywood families.  It's crazy watching it all fall apart, but I hope for the best," the Hogan Knows Best star could only muster.
