Hogan Knows Best: Hulk Hogan Stirs Up Controversy With O.J. Simpson Comments
A recent interview with Rolling Stone has gotten Hulk Hogan in quite a fix, especially after his words were taken out of context.  The partially retired professional wrestler and actor told the magazine about his feelings about his ex-wife Linda, comparing his situation to O.J. Simpson's.

Hogan revealed that he saw red every time he though about Linda filing for divorce and locking him out of his house, in addition to allegedly having a romantic relationship with a much younger man.  She has also been accused of spending Hogan's assets without his consent.

"I could have turned everything into a crime scene, like OJ, cutting everybody's throat," the wrestling icon told the publication.  "You live half a mile from the 20,000-square-foot home you can't go to anymore, you're driving through downtown Clearwater and see a 19-year-old boy driving your Escalade, and you know that a 19-year-old boy is sleeping in your bed, with your wife . . . I totally understand OJ.  I get it."

A number of people who have read the article took Hogan's remarks as somewhat rife with homicidal intent.  One of those who reacted intensely was, of course, Linda Hogan, who has thought of seeking even further legal action against her ex-spouse.

"Linda and her family are taking these recent homicidal comments seriously," said Linda's rep.  "Linda's attorney Ray Rafool is weighing all options necessary to protect his client.  We have always maintained that the fear that Linda has had to live with comes from the rage and instability much too often associated with pro wrestlers."

"Hulk's serial cheating destroyed our marriage, our family and our future," the former Hogan Knows Best star stated.  "Sadly, his recent comments remind us that his definition of fair is much different than what the law dictates."

As for Hulk Hogan himself, he announced during the Bubba the Love Sponge radio program that his statement wasn't meant to convey any murderous malice towards Linda.  Below is the audio clip of Hulk's guest stint on the show, wherein he explains what really was on the Rolling Stone interview.
