With no rules but her own,
Brooke Hogan is embarking on a whole new world as she stars on her own show,
Brooke Knows Best, which premieres tonight at 10pm on VH1. The spin-off of
Hogan Knows Best, which run for four seasons and followed the real lives of the Hogan family, follows the 20-year-old reality TV starlet as she moves out of her father’s roof and settles into an apartment in Miami.
Born in Tampa, Brooke Hogan came to national fame through
Hogan Knows Best, where much of the attention focused on Brooke as she attempted to launch a singing career with her the help of her father, legendary wrestler
Hulk Hogan.
For the first time, Brooke will be pursuing her singing career without mom and dad, exploring new relationships, dealing with her family’s recent struggles, all while living an adult life with many new responsibilities, temptation and opportunities.
On the premiere episode of
Brooke Knows Best, viewers will meet Brooke's new 20-something family, consisting of her roommates Ashley and Glenn, her friends, her fellow dancers and choreographers and her producers, songwriters and business associates. Throughout the series, she’ll be exploring the dating scene for the first time, consider getting a tattoo, help her roommate find guys as a “wing woman” and date a guy who is into extreme sports.
While
Brooke Knows Best will revolve around Brooke, that doesn’t mean that the rest of the Hogan family is far behind. Fans of
Hogan Knows Best will be pleased to know that every episode of this spin-off show will have an interaction with one or multiple Hogan family members, whether by visit or phone call.
At present, Brooke’s parents are undergoing a bitter divorce. Hulk Hogan is residing at the family mansion in Clearwater while hosting
American Gladiators, while
Linda Hogan is living in L.A., trying to adjust to her new life in the public eye.
Nick Hogan, on the other hand, is coping with the aftermath of a tragic car accident that has left his friend in critical condition.
