What is this world coming to?  Jamie-Lynn Spears is pregnant at the age of 16, Mischa Barton racks up a DUI, and now, High School Musical stars Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens are caught with martinis in hand.  It wouldn't be such a big deal ... if either one of them were 21.  However, Efron is just a year shy of his 21st which Hudgens has 2 years to go.  According to FOX News, the on again, off again pair was spotted at Lola's in Hollywood hotspot Lola's, sipping martinis and cuddling.  Despite rumors of his flirtations with other girls, and her comments about his sexuality, the pair seemed to be happy as ever when spotted at the bar.

Zanessa sure hasn't made it easy on Disney in the last few months.  Back in October, OK magazine reported that Disney was going to drop Hudgens from the High School Musical series after naked pictures of her hit the internet.  A month earlier, Efron hemmed and hawed about coming back for the third and final installment of the series.  "If the script is good and if we all agree on a final script, then there's nothing that is going to hold us back from doing it," he told People magazine at the time.  He continued to gripe about salary until Disney showed him the money.  After all, what's High School Musical without Troy Bolton?

The headache doesn't end there.  Earlier this week, it was reported that Hudgens is being sued by her former lawyer, Brian Schall.  According to Schall, Hudgens has taken more than five million dollars in recording deals and never paid him for his services.  A lawsuit can't keep a girl down, though.  Vanessa blew off some steam this week by shopping with co-star and gal pal, Ashley Tisdale, in Hollywood.  The two were spotted at Fred Segal and Louis Vuitton.
