Tonight is the finale of High School Musical: Get In The Picture and one contestant will reach their goal of being featured in the upcoming High School Musical 3, which hits theaters in October.  The winner will not only receive their very own music video, they will get a recording contract with Disney Records to release 2 digital records as well as a talent deal with ABC.  Only Tierney, Isaiah, Christina, and Stan are left in the running!

Things get started tonight with a High School Musical medley featuring all 12 contestants from this season.  Nick Lachey welcomes the studio audience to tonight's finale and introduces one special judges, Kenny Ortega, the director of the High School Musical movies.  HSM cast member Ashley Tisdale joins Nick to wish everyone good luck and tells them to follow their dreams.

After an all expense paid trip to K-Mart (the sponsor of the show), the finalists were ready for their performances.  The four perform a medley including "Breaking Free", "Work This Out, and "You Are The Music In Me", where they are joined by the ensemble to finish things up.  After that, it was time for the first cut of the night and Christina is sent to the chorus.  She tells everyone that this experience has helped her grow as a performer and a person.

Faculty member Chris Prinzo sits with the ensemble and asks them who has grown the most.  Whoever receives the most votes will get a special thing to do in the finale.  Bailey breaks down and says that she would glady give up her spot for a person like Anthony.  The others followed suit and all told him that they want him to have it.  Anthony gets a solo and is supported by his fellow contestants in a special finale performance.

Each finalist is given their own solo to try to impress Kenny Ortega.  Stan performs "I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing" by Aerosmith.  Tierney sings "Over The Rainbow" from The Wizard of Oz.  Isaiah takes on "Live Like You Were Dying" by Tim McGraw.  Then, another cut is made and Isaiah is sent to the chorus, despite Kenny telling him that he felt there was a light on Broadway waiting for him someday after his performance.  Isaiah believes it and tells the audience that there is definitely a big career ahead of him.

Only Tierney and Stan remain but host Nick Lachey steps in front of the mic to perform a song first.  Then, the final two perform the new song "Just Getting Started" from the upcoming High School Musical 3 movie.  The results are delivered and the winner is: STAN!
