Nora Zehetner Biography: Actress Nora Zehetner was born on February 5, 1981 in El Paso, Texas. She accomplished her primary education at Richardson, Texas, and pursued her secondary education at McKinney High School. After graduation, she enrolled at the Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science, where she participated in a year-long program for students of engineering and medicine. Zehetner expressed her interest in acting when she was only 8 years old, but only seriously embarked on her journey to stardom at the age of 18. She moved to Los Angeles, where she was given roles in such films as Tart, American Pie 2, R.S.V.P., May, and The Song of the Rose. On the small screen, Zehetner is most known for her portrayal of Laynie Hart on the WB series, Everwood. Her other acting projects include the award-winning film Brick and the horror flick Beneath. Zehetner is currently working on NBC's hit television series, Heroes. Eden McCain is portrayed by Nora Zehetner in the television series, Heroes. Eden, who was blessed with the name Sarah Ellis, is a small-town girl who moves to the Big Apple in order to help her mentor, Mr. Bennet, access Chandra Muharesh's list of superhumans. Eden herself is a superhuman, who has the amazing ability to control other people's minds. She discovered her powers when she unintentionally killed her abusive stepmother.
