Daphne wakes up in her hospital room… and sees that Matt has used his power to convince everyone in the hospital that she’s Gwen Stefani so she gets the best treatment. She’s been out for two days, and she confronts Matt about his duck-hunting story. She says they never had a real foundation except his dream that they were married. He says he loves her and wants her to stay, but she says it was nice to meet him, and speeds out.

Tracy is in Union Station, and she goes to her locker, where she finds a new passport. Just then, Micah approaches from behind and tells her that he’s Rebel. (!!!) She is shocked and appalled, and tells him that she is bait, and has led the agents right to him. Our saucy little teen Rebel is understandably pissed. He thought they might follow her, but he never expected she’d be in on it. He then uses his phone to trigger a gas leak evacuation, and he hides them in the parking garage.

Angela sees agents walking toward her from all angles in her lobby. She somehow manages to get into an elevator without them catching up. More agents fill the lobby, and they stop the elevator, sending it back down to them. She looks up. Peter has come to save her through the top of the elevator. As the doors open, they look at the officers and then fly up through the elevator shaft.

Micah and Tracy are walking in the parking garage. Micah tells Tracy she’s not trustworthy, and should be ashamed of her so-called ideals as a political advocate for civil liberties. He thought because she looked like his mom that she’d be a good person, but clearly he was wrong. They hear a noise behind them, and Tracy asks Micah to make it rain in the garage using the sprinklers. He triggers the fire alarm, and as it begins to rain, she tells him to find a way out, to keep doing what he’s doing—and to stay ahead of the ice. She walks out from behind a car and faces the armed officers. They approach, and she freezes everything in the garage. It looks like an arctic cave. The men, their guns… everything is frozen—even herself. Micah runs out just as the door freezes shut. Danko walks in and looks at Tracy, frozen. He shoots her in the chest, and she shatters. HRG approaches, saying there is no sign of Rebel. Danko walks out.

Hiro rolls Ando to a park bench, steals a bottle from a frozen-in-time baby and mother, and feeds Baby Matt with it. He tells the baby it’s okay to cry if he’s afraid. He tells the baby to be brave, and makes time start again. Ando jumps up and looks around, shocked. Hiro tells him that “Toddler Touch and Go” (best nickname ever!) started up one of his powers, but not the other. Now they have to save Big Matt, and time is on their side once again.

Daphne is in Paris on a rooftop, looking out on the city. Matt approaches from behind her. He says he got there so fast because he flew… and he actually can! He flies up, and I’m mighty confused. He asks if she wants a ride, and she steps onto his feet. They fly up around the Eiffel Tower. She holds tight to him, and she asks then him to let her go. She knows they are still in the hospital and this is all happening in her head. He’s trying to give her a storybook ending. He says he’s sorry. She says she’s not, and he deserves the real thing, not a fantasy. She asks him to do one more thing for her—fly her to the moon. They do… and we pan out to see Daphne is flatlining—she’s dead. Matt sits close to her as Mohinder looks on, his hand on Matt’s shoulder.

Meanwhile, in New York City, Peter and Angela have found an apt hiding spot—they’re in the top of the Statue of Liberty. “So what do you want to do now?” Peter asks.
