Death is never final on Heroes. Malcolm McDowell is proving that this season as he's become a vital part to the story despite dying at the end of season 1. Niki died, but Ali Larter is still around as Tracy. And when Tracy dies, she still has Barbara to fall back on.

However, Kristin from E! is now reporting that two major characters on Heroes will be dying soon. Whether they're dying for real is a bit of a mystery, and whether their death will mean they are gone from the series is even more confusing. To find out who's dying and who's not, continue reading.

SPOILER WARNING!!!

According to Kristin, two characters are biting the dust, one hero and one villain. Though she doesn't name names, Kristin is fairly open and excited about the hero's death, because it's going to be the long-maligned Maya. It might be a season and a half too late, but the Heroes writers are finally doing away with her. If you're wondering how, the fact that she's caught in Mohinder's evil cocoons might be a good hint.

For the villain, the sad news is that in this week's episode, it seems Adam Monroe (David Anders) will be killed. For good. If you're wondering how that can be, since Adam is immortal, you need to bone up on your Highlander mythology. In an interview BuddyTV conducted with Anders last year, he revealed that there is one way to kill Adam: cut off his head.

While those two are dying, there's on character who isn't: Ando. Despite being stabbed by his best friend last week, Ando isn't really dead, and it has nothing to do with his future super powers. When BuddyTV visited the set of Heroes, we witnessed a quick scene from this Monday's new episode of Heroes. At the time, this 15-second scene with no dialogue didn't make a whole lot of sense, but now it does.

As you can watch below, Hiro teleports into a magic shop, picks up a fake sword and a few blood packets, then teleports out. Connecting the dots, it seems, in order to become a part of Daphne's villainous alliance, Hiro used his time travel skills to fake the murder.

Also on Monday's episode of Heroes, Tracy and Nathan will visit Mohinder (which will certainly end badly for them), Claire and her adopted mom will try to save Meredith from the disgusting fat man, and Peter meets his father.
