-Reality If you can't stand the heat...oh, you know the rest. Hot-tempered chef Gordon Ramsey is ready to suate another batch of culinary hopefuls on the second season of Fox's Hell's Kitchen. Contestants will vie (and fry!) their way through various cooking challenges and each week one chef will be asked to turn in their knives and sporks. The competition is heating up; who will be able to keep their cool in Hell's Kitchen?

Biography

Heather West came from Port Jefferson, New York. This 25-year old is a Sous chef. Her grandmother's cooking initially influenced her love for food. When her mother was diagnosed with caner, she researched on food that will help her feel better which made her realize she can become a good chef.

Ultimately, she became part of the reality television show Hell's Kitchen season 2 as one of the contestants. She ended up as the winner of the competition.
