Ramsay takes back his role, and they finish service strong. Ramsay says it's the best service yet, and there's something different about him tonight... he's smiling. After a brief celebration, he announces the bad news: it's now time they've all been dreading. Elimination. Who will it be--Andrea, Paula, or Danny?
Ramsay tells each of them to go upstairs and nominate one person for elimination. They go upstairs, sit around the table and share their opinions with each other. Andrea picks Danny, basing it about his performance at the pass. Danny says she's using that because she doesn't have a real leg to stand on. And plus, he adds, Andrea didn't do so well at the pass, either. He calls it nit picking. She calls it standards. Unsurprisingly, Danny says he's going to vote for Andrea.
It comes down to Paula. She's relieved neither picked her to go up on the block, but the pressure is now on. Who will she send up?
Ramsay collects the chefs and asks for their decisions. Andrea calls out Danny for his weak leadership at the pass. Danny calls out Andrea, citing an overall poor performance record. Ramsay turns to Paula, who nominates... Andrea. Paula explains that Andrea was overconfident tonight, given her shaky record.
Ramsay first says that Paula deserves to be the final two. He asks Andrea why she should join Paula, and she says she's shown clear leadership throughout. Danny says this is all he wants to do, and he has what it takes.
After building up the suspense... Ramsay eliminates Andrea. He congratulates her for a great run and good leadership. Paula sheds a tear as she watches Andrea depart. After her elimination, Andrea recounts her rollercoaster ride in Hell's Kitchen, and is positive about how much she grew during her time. She's happy to leave with the bronze.
Ramsay looks at Paula and Danny, the final two, and tells them their biggest test begins... now.
