Miley Cyrus is just like every other teenager, anxiously awaiting to turn the big 1-6. The Hannah Montana star turns 16 this November and all she wants for her birthday is a brand new car. She’s hoping for an SUV that will make her feel safe when she’s behind the wheel. “I want something bad for the road,” she told England’s Daily Star in a recent interview. “It's got to be big enough for all my friends and to scare the cars away from me.” Miley surely has a lavish party in the works but one celebration is already planned and some lucky fans will get to attend the bash.

This October, a month before Miley turns 16, fans will be able to gather in California’s Disneyland to wish the star a happy birthday. The name of the event is “Miley’s Sweet 16 – Share The Celebration” and tickets are going for $250. The party will take place on Sunday, October 5th, from 6-11pm. “Party Zones” will be set up throughout the park and Miley’s favorite rides will be open to the party guests. Cyrus will even perform, at her own party, for her fans and the night will finish off with a special fireworks show.

Tickets go on sale Saturday, August 30th, at 9am PT for $250 per person. Disney’s official website says that a very limited number of tickets will be available online but MousePlanet, a Disney fansite, reports that 5,000 fans will be allowed in total. There will be a limit on the amount of tickets able to be purchased but what that number is remains unknown. Fans who want to go to Disneyland during the normal operating hours will have to purchase a separate park ticket.

The event is not just fun and games though. Miley has decided to dedicate part of the event to recognizing amazing kids from Youth Service America, who have worked hard to improve their communities.
