If Miley Cyrus was smart, she’d stop taking photographs of herself in sexual and compromising positions. One has to begin to wonder if she leaks the photos herself. After all, it makes her front page news on a regular basis and has not seemed to hurt her career in any way. This week, new photos have surfaced online of the teen star showering in a white t-shirt. The pics ended up online after a website reportedly hacked into her cell phone and posted them. There are rumors that the website is shopping around, trying to sell a much more incriminating set of photos. Of course, Miley didn’t comment on the latest scandal but her rep did tell FOX News, “Old photos, old news.” The Hannah Montana star did talk this week with TV Guide about everything else though, from her purity ring to her desire to star in a Sex and the City-type movie.

Cyrus does, in fact, wear a purity ring as do her good friends, The Jonas Brothers. "Even at my age, a lot of girls are starting to fall," Cyrus told TV Guide this week. "And I think if staying a virgin is a commitment girls make, that's great." The teenager would much rather talk about being good influence on her fans, than deal with the fallout of her controversial photos. "I want to be a positive role model, so we just try to keep that stuff as much not talked about as possible," she says. "I don't dwell on the negativity."

As for her future movie roles, it’s no secret that Cyrus will eventually step away from Disney (and her blonde wing) to pursue more serious and adult roles. "I'd love to do a younger, cleaner version of Sex and the City,” she confessed. "I like to think of myself as the girl that no one can get, that no one can keep in their hand." Hmm, which Sex and the City star does that make her then? Her photos may suggest she’s a Samantha but her strong, independent nature suggests that she could be a young Carrie Bradshaw.
