Mitchel Musso as Oliver Oken
Oliver Oscar Oken is portrayed by Mitchel Musso in the hit television series from Disney Channel,
Hannah Montana. Oliver and Lilly Truscott have been best friends since preschool, and eventually became best friends with Miley Stewart when she moved to Malibu, California. He initially had a crush on Hannah Montana, but his feelings faded when he learned that Miley was indeed Hannah. Oliver established himself as the Locker Man or Locker Doctor as he often helped students open lockers at their school.
Just like a typical teenage boy, Oliver enjoys impressing the ladies, and tends to think they like him as well. Oliver got Becca Weller to be his girlfriend with the help of Miley, however the couple almost broke up due to Miley's meddling.
Oliver has a phobia of gum chewing as his Aunt Harriet accidentally spat gum on him as a child. He is often bullied by Chad the Chomper, who likes chewing gum. Donnie also enjoys annoying Oliver with his flatulence of eating several cans of beans.
Oliver dislikes speaking in public and is avoids getting into embarrassing situations at all costs. He is also very protective of his one and only chest hair. Oliver also enjoys taking advantage of Jake Ryan's popularity, as he wants to be popular himself. He once proclaimed over the microphone that Jake was his close friend, and that Jake said he was the coolest guy in school.
Oliver disguised himself as a rapper to attend events with Hannah and Lola. After being asked by a Latin tennis player that Hannah and Lola adore what his name was, he quickly made up the name Mike Standley the Third (from the words mic stand), after his eyes darted to the microphone. Since then, he used this alias when he was hanging out in public with Hannah Montana.
