Jordan Clarke, who hails from Rochester, New York, was educated at Cornell University where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in philosophy and a master's degree in acting. Before pursuing an acting career, he continued his acting training at New York University School of the Arts. He then moved on to performing in regional theater with Ithaca Repertory Theatre, the Olney Theatre and Long Wharf Theatre. Clarke also ventured into acting for television series such as Three's Company, Knight Rider, Fantasy Island and
Law & Order . In November 1974, he was cast for the daytime drama series, Guiding Light, and in 2006, he received a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for his portrayal of Billy Lewis. Aside from acting, Clarke is into playing the guitar and trumpet and writing fiction, poetry and film scripts.
Harlan Billy Lewis II of Guiding Light is played by Jordan Clarke. Billy was involved with women such as Vanessa Chamberlain, Nadine Cooper, Vanessa Chamberlain and Reva Shayne. He has three children with different women and has been involved in various crimes such as assault, attempted murder and driving under the influence of alcohol.
