Grey’s Anatomy star Patrick Dempsey is the latest celebrity to receive a baby gift basket, this time a double, from innovative public relations firm Baby Swag. Baby Swag delivered Dempsey a double helping of products produced by work at home moms. The firm targets celebrities like Grey’s Anatomy’s Dempsey for the gift baskets which in turn help bring awareness to the innovative products designed by home bound moms across the nation.

In a press release heralding the gift to Dempsey, who is now the proud father of twins, Baby Swags’ founder said this about the company’s mission: "I believe in work at home mom products because I know the most important factor in business is loving what you do and these ladies love what they do.”

While the gifts are obviously designed to get the firm and its clients airtime, celebrity parents are usually very thankful for the unique gifts. In recent years Baby Swag has delivered baskets to celebrities such as Britney Spears, Jennie Garth, Kellie Martin, Pamela Anderson, and recently, Matt Lauer.

The twins make child number two and three for Dempsey and wife Jillian. The twins, named Darby Galen and Sullivan Patrick, were born in Los Angeles. Dempsey needn’t worry about providing for his family, though, freebies or not; Grey’s Anatomy is enjoying the best ratings of its three seasons, with no decline in sight.

Besides popping in with unexpected commercial endorsements, Baby Swag also sells duplicates of the baskets given to celebrities. Some, such as the double sized Dempsey basket, carry a hefty price indeed: $700 plus shipping and handling.
