Grey's Anatomy returns for its fifth season at the end of this month, on September 25th, and Seattle Grace's couples will be on the forefront of every fan's mind as they tune in for the two hour season premiere.  Will George and Lexie get together and will anything come of the kiss that Erica and Callie shared?  Are Meredith and Derek back together for good and did a spark reignite between Alex and Izzie?  For the love of God, can Cristina please find someone to shack up with in the on call room?  Hopefully, these questions will be answered early on but one couple will run into problems in the first episode when a third party informs them that she's pregnant.  Read on to find out who - but only if you love spoilers!

** WARNING!  BABY SPOILERS AHEAD!  **

The promo begins where season 4 left off, with Meredith, Derek, the candles, and the outline of the house they're going to live in together.  In the last few minutes of the season, Derek, being the good guy that he is, leaves Meredith standing in the house to get break things off with Rose.  Unfortunately, he runs into a little snafu ending things with Rose when she reveals that she's carrying his child - and Grey's fans everywhere screamed, "WHAT?!"

Shonda Rhimes promised that Derek and Meredith would get together and stay together.  According to her, the two would not continue to make up and break up as they have for years, which thrilled MerDer fans.  Why, then, is there a baby in the mix?  Well, according to E! Online, there isn't.  Turns out Rose is a big fat liar and the two hour season premiere will be her last episode with the show.

Fans of the show came down on ABC for putting the Rose-Derek scene into a promo and blamed Rhimes too, for intentionally plugging a false storyline.  "I would not deceive our fans," Rhimes told Entertainment Weely's Michael Ausiello this week, "especially those loyal enough to listen to our podcast." The storyline only doesn't sit well with me because it just doesn't seem that Rose is the kind of woman who would stoop low enough to fake a pregnancy.  Then again, perhaps we don't know Rose at all...
