Ever wondered how Bailey (Chandra Wilson) was like when she was an intern? The February 18 episode of Grey's Anatomy should have that covered, and if you're like most Grey's fans, you should be in for a real shocker.

As you can see on the photo courtesy of Entertainment Weekly, the flashback-laden episode will introduce us to Bailey in the early 2000s, when she was just an intern and she was under a Bailey-like supervisor, played by MIssi Pyle from Heroes. And get this - she was called Mandy then. There's just no reconciling the Bailey we know now with the name Mandy, is there?

"We're going to see Bailey when she still called herself Mandy and had not yet learned to speak up," says Grey's Anatomy creator Shonda Rhimes, who adds that she saw herself in Chandra Wilson "all Mandy'd up."

"Mandy is Bailey's inner geek, and Chandra plays the Mandy of it all brilliantly."

We already know that Bailey plays Nazi-Bailey almost effortlessly and brilliantly. Playing a meek pushover version of her with the Whoopi Goldberg hair should be a true test of her acting prowess.

Meanwhile, on the same episode called "Time Warp" the Chief and Ellis Grey will retreat to their early 80s self, and they'd be played by J. August Richards and Sarah Paulson respectively. It will reveal how the two started off their affair. Callie (Sara Ramirez) will also have some time-traveling to do, as we see her before she joins Seattle Grace.

The flashback-heavy episode takes place in a hospital symposium.

Grey's Anatomy returns February 4 on ABC.
