On "Suicide is Painless" a patient of Teddy's seeks to end treatment to end her life, which has her turning to Hunt for help. Never mind that Teddy will be hooking up with Sloan (Eric Dane) on this episode, the precarious (and not very popular) Owen-Teddy relationship will be further explored, as Hunt is flooded with memories of his life at war and his past relationship with Teddy.
Elsewhere on the episode, model couple Callie and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) have a difference in opinion on what their future holds. Finally, Richard (James Pickens, Jr.) continues to adjust to his new role as a surgeon.Grey's Anatomy
