Love is in the air on Grey's Anatomy's upcoming Valentine's Day episode. It being Grey's Anatomy, of course, not everyone is having a dandy time, including the couples you think are doing OK.

Some clips from "Valentine's Day Massacre" are after the jump, from E! Online.

Not all titles featured on BuddyTV are available through Amazon Prime.

Although we know we haven't seen the last of this couple, Mark (Eric Dane) is not exactly pining over Lexie (Chyler Leigh). Espying a new blonde specimen, Mark does what he does best and proceeds to give the presumably new girl a McSteamy welcome. Lo and behold, it's Lexie, and from the two's banter, you just know they're going to patch things up eventually.

Isn't Bailey (Chandra Wilson) adorable? Sure, she's all "I always have surgeries," but we think we espy a twinkle in her eye in the lift with the equally adorable Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw), who couldn't resist teasing Bailey about her new anesthesiology person.

Derek (Patrick Dempsey) meanwhile has to deal with new stuff that comes with being Chief of Surgery, including facing the press. On the episode, the roof at a popular romantic resto collapses resulting to dozens of injured lovers. It's absolute chaos at Seattle Grace.

OK so little Sloan (Leven Rambin) is back. Unfortunately, she wants to do something behind her father's back. Doesn't bode well for Eric, who's very excited to be a granddaddy.

Finally, what happened to Teddy (Kim Raver)? Grey's Anatomy has so far done a good job of exploring the very complicated relationship of Yang (Sandra Oh) and Hunt (Kevin McKidd). As a result, Teddy has turned into that annoying ex who just won't quit it, which is a shame because her character had so much promise.

Things are always weird on Grey's Anatomy during V-Day, so what's new.
