This week, season 8 episode 7 of Grey's Anatomy
saw the doctors of Seattle Grace Mercy West teaming up on a hospital softball team, but just because they're wearing the same jerseys on the field doesn't mean that there will be harmony in the O.R.--or anywhere else for that matter! Teddy's teaching methods perplex Cristina, while Meredith and Derek continue to agonize over losing Zola, and Owen steps up to coach the team whether they're wielding bats or scalpels. That softball team may have been a little rag-tag, but the best quotes from "Put Me in, Coach" are a homerun!
'Grey's Anatomy' Recap: The Calm Before the Storm
Yang, Grey...you could at least stand up!
I had a kid in a crib in my bedroom for a while and the only thing they can say to me is to wait and see and hope for the best.
I've been picturing her making calls, fighting the good fight to get me my kid back. Not sitting on a beach somewhere.
Stop being a whiner, stop hiding behind paperwork. Just get in the O.R.
I give up. I have no idea what you're trying to do. I get in trouble if I cut; I get in trouble if I don't cut.
You put the patient before yourself and that was who I wanted to see, so you're done. Make a list!
I'm making a list. Teddy told me to make a bucket list of surgeries.
I'm a roaming outfielder! I'm roamin' I'm roamin' I'm roamin' roamin' roamin'! [smoooooch!]
Get out of those ridiculous pink scrubs and get back to the work you were born to do!
You're the finest team I've ever been a part of.
