In a surprising turn of events on season 7 of The Real Housewives of Orange County, allies were suddenly revealed as enemies. Former BFFs Tamra Barney and Vicki Gunvalson no longer speak and friends Gretchen Rossi and Alexis Bellino have had a falling out. Meanwhile, Tamra and Gretchen have become close, as have Alexis and Vicki. Among all this madness, Tamra offers her opinion on how and why things have changed so much.

"I would like to start off with Alexis," Tamra wrote in her Bravo blog. "What I would like to say is, I feel bad about the snarky comments I made all season to Alexis. I am a bit of a smart ass, and, let's face it, she gives me good material. But the bottom line is Alexis is not a mean-hearted person and it hurts me that my comments hurt her. No one is being a bully because they are telling you what they think, this is what we ALL signed up for. Everybody has a lot to say about everyone. No one is innocent."

She also explained that when the reunion show was done filming, she approached Alexis with an apology as well as an invitation to join the girls for dinner. She declined, but Tamra hopes that one day they can be at a decent place in their relationship.

"Vicki on the other hand has taken things to a whole new level," Tamra wrote. "I don't ever think I can go back to being her friend. She takes responsibility for nothing and finds someone else to blame. From her passive aggressive comments to her downright lies. Her comments about how I 'turned' on her are a mystery to me."

Tamra also defends her negative feelings about Vicki's new boyfriend, Brooks, while simultaneously hinting at the fact that Vicki had started seeing him years before her marriage to Donn Gunvalson was over.

"I heard about Brooks from Vicki years ago, she claimed he was a 'good friend,' someone she talked about all the time and often visited in Mississippi. It wasn't until last year that I met him. I thought he was charming and made Vicki happy. About six months into getting to know him, I noticed that something was off. I could not put my finger on it but something with this guy Brooks just didn't make sense...Then an overwhelming amount of e-mails were coming through my fan page from people that have had 'bad dealings' with Brooks. So of course I was concerned, who wouldn't be? The bottom line: friends don't let friends date losers!"

As for Tamra's friendship with Gretchen, she claims the two are very close and that Gretch has turned out to be "the best friend any girl could ask for." There goes Vicki's theory that their friendship is false. The same might not be said for her and Alexis though.
