American actor Jake McDorman was born on July 8, 1986 in Dallas, Texas. Born John Allen McDorman IV and a member of the Boy Scouts of America, his first acting job was playing a Boy Scout in a promotional industrial film for the organization. After training at the Dallas Young Actors Studio and Performance center, Jake McDorman would go on to appear in a number of films and television series. Among his movie work is co-starring in Aquamarine with Emma Roberts, Bring It On with Hayden Panettiere, and a supporting role in Bruce Willis’ Live Free or Die Hard. He’s also guest-starred in the shows

CSI: Miami , and
Cold Case .

A ‘golden boy’ with good looks, power and wealth, he still suffers from strong family pressure to be the best and to maintain a high ranking on the social ladder. Evan is attracted to Casey, yet remains uncertain about their relationship due to his peers’ obsession with pedigree, and has a tendency to cheat on her when tempted. He’s also the head of Omega Chi Delta, whom Casey’s brother Rusty turned down.
