After confirmation that Hillary Duff is indeed headed to Upper East Side, Entertainment Weekly reports that another unlikely celebrity will be dropping by the CW hit Gossip Girl.
Model and television personality Tyra Banks has confirmed that she will be appearing on Gossip Girl this fall, playing an actress co-starring in a film with Duff's character at around episode 4. Duff, meanwhile, will play a movie star who enrolls at NYU in search of a traditional college experience.
Ursula Nyquist - that's Banks' very exotic-sounding name on
Gossip Girl - will reportedly tangle with Serena during a film premiere. The appearance will mark the model's first television gig since 2004 when she did an episode of NBC series
American Dreams.
Duff, meanwhile, will primarily be interacting with Vanessa, her NYU roommate.
Banks, 35, made her television debut as Will Smith's old friend Jackie Ames during the fourth season of
The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, followed by
Felicity and
MADtv.
