Chuck Bass is played by Ed Westwick in the television series Gossip Girl. Chuck is a rich, arrogant man who desires the finer things in life such as luxury, alcohol and sex. He is obnoxious as he is rich, and everyone despises him, although they let it go for he always throws the best parties in the Upper East Side of New York City. Chuck has come close to sexual encounters with Jenny and Serena, however he has come to (dare we say) love Blair.
