It doesn't take someone with Blair Waldorf's sexual tension radar to pick up on the fact that Serena and Nate have some unresolved romantic issues to work out.

Anyone who watched last night's Gossip Girl episode could tell that the Serenate candle was rekindling on both ends. Until, of course, Tripp van der Bilt showed up, and took Ms. van der Woodsen off for some "van der on van der" action.

But Tripp's a married man, and he's off to D.C. soon. So what could be in the cards for Serena and Nate in the future? Plus: What couples will be on the rocks as Gossip Girl season 3 unfolds?

Like Gossip Girl herself, we're lucky to receive tips from our readers sometimes. One just sent us a series of pictures taken on the set of the show today.

The cast is filming episode 13 of this season - we think that's "Jenny, Full of Grace" and scheduled to air January 11. What do the grainy photos depict?

It's unclear. But it appears to be Serena and Nate kissing behind that screen. Doesn't it? After he bared his soul last night, it wouldn't be too surprising.

Q: I'm a freak for Chuck and Blair on Gossip Girl! Tell me they aren't going to break up any time soon.
 
A: They aren't. It's actually Rufus and Lily's relationship that will be in a very bad place until the end of the season. From what I understand, it all stems from a letter that Serena's father is going to send her. And of course, it doesn't help that Bart Bass is back in the mix!
