The wait for the new season of Gossip Girl is finally over. Tonight, we'll be able to catch up with our favorite band of spoiled rich kids. Probably, most of us fans aren't accustomed to the jet-setting lifestyle of the fabulously wealthy, so this might be the closest we'll ever get to summering in the Hamptons.

Tonight's season premiere, punnily entitled “Summer, Kind of Wonderful,” finds our favorite denizens of Manhattan's exclusive Upper East Side winding down their summers at an exclusive party at the Hamptons. Blair has returned from Europe with a new hottie on her arm, making Chuck seethe with jealousy. Nate, having broken up with Vanessa at the end of last season, is clearly up to no good, and I've got some juicy video clips of tonight's Gossip Girl episode.

SPOILER ALERT!!! GO NO FURTHER IF YOU DON'T LIKE SPOILERS!



As all of you probably know by now, Nate (Chace Crawford) is carrying on an illicit affair with an older, married woman, played by the sexy Madchen Amick. Even though Chuck is probably my favorite male character on Gossip Girl, I really have to admit that Nate is the best-looking. The beginning of this clip shows Nate and his hot cougar, Catherine, barely clothed and intertwined. Can I say, hot?? I'm glad to see that his character, who was rather boring last season, is getting his scandal on.

As much as I love to watch sexy, almost-naked people, I think I might like watching Blair (Leighton Meester) get her bitch on even more. This second clip is absolutely hilarious.



With Chuck (Ed Westwick) creepily eavesdropping, Blair admits to her summer fling Marcus (guest star Patrick Heusinger) that she was indeed just using him to make Chuck jealous. Poor Marcus! He asks her if she even likes her, and the way Blair rolls her eyes and dismisses him as “kind of boring” is priceless. I love it!

The second season premiere of Gossip Girl is only hours away. For the love of all things couture, please don't miss it!
