Video: Gwyneth's 'F*** You' Is a Big F*** You to 'Glee' Viewers
There are things in this life you wish you could unsee -- or unhear, in this case: Gwyneth Paltrow singing Cee-Lo's "F*** You" in the next episode of Glee, "The Substitute," is one of those things.

Despite the fact that the New Directions kids heartily buy into her rendition, singing along and tapping their toes, I just couldn't. Maybe it's because I couldn't get GOOP out of my head. Or perhaps it's because she looked like a praying mantis in a mini-skirt. And her answer to Santana's, "What would you know about Cee-Lo? Aren't you like 40?" seriously didn't help the retch factor. "Top 40!" Oh snap, Gwyneth Paltrow. You tooooold her.

I feel like I should label this video NSFA (not safe for anyone), but I really feel like it's something you should see and judge (harshly) for yourself.

Ladies and gentlemen, I give you Gwyneth Paltrow singing "F*** You," er, I mean, "Forget You":

I'm one of those people who always wants the bad news first. Then I have the good news to look forward to to lift me up out of my bad-news-induced funk. So while this may not necessarily be good news, per se, it's definitely better news, seeing as what you've just endured.

Take a look a the much more palpable serenade from Gwyneth and the Glee gang of a "Singin' in the Rain"/"Umbrella" mash-up. Maybe it's all the water -- it just washes away the ick (mostly):

Also, as an added bonus for the fans, we were able to get ahold of this exclusive photo of Gwyneth between takes:

Praying_Mantis_Male_European-38.jpg So what do you think? Are you as non-Team Gwyneth as I am? Or do you think I'm being too hard on the substitute?
