We're still in the middle of Glee's winter hiatus, but FOX has released the synopses for the first two new episodes of 2013, and they contain some pretty big, game-changing spoilers, plus the promise of nudity.

SPOILER WARNING: This article contains Glee spoilers.

Here's what you can expect from the next two new episodes of Glee.

"Sadie Hawkins" (airs Thursday, January 24 at 9pm)

"McKinley's Sadie Hawkins dance offers several gleeks a rare chance to feel empowered. Sam and Blaine investigate a possible cheating scandal at Sectionals. Kurt makes a new friend at NYADA."

It's ladies' choice for the big school dance which should create some fun romantic pairings. The guest cast will feature the return of Ashley Fink as Lauren Zizes, and Nolan Gerard Funk is back as head Warbler Hunter Clarington, most likely tied to Blaine and Sam's new crusade.

"Naked" (airs Thursday, January 31 at 9pm)

"New Directions produces a sexy calendar to raise money for their trip to Regionals. Rachel is faced with a personal dilemma when she's cast in a student film. Finn and Sue go toe-to-toe."

Say what??? The Men of McKinley calendar has already been teased with sexy photos of Blaine and Ryder, but the bigger news is what the calendar is for. New Directions are heading to Regionals? It certainly sounds like Sam and Blaine succeeded in uncovering a Warbler scandal at Sectionals.

This new spoiler is quite troubling. While I'm happy that the New Directions storyline will continue, the possibility of the group continuing to compete despite being disqualified at Sectionals is annoying. This completely undoes all the drama from "Thanksgiving" and "Swan Song." If the group is allowed to continue in its quest for a second Nationals title, it undercuts the entire message of "Swan Song," about how glee club isn't actually about the competition, it's about the music.

I hope I'm misinterpreting the synopsis (maybe they're just going to watch Regionals?), but I'm probably not. This kind of twist seems right up Glee's alley, negating the big, preachy morals of a previous episode and ignoring the past. Just look at Quinn getting out of her wheelchair in the span of three episodes.

"Naked" will also feature the return of Jayma Mays as Emma and Dianna Agron as Quinn in the guest cast. Other guest stars include Nolan Gerard Funk as Hunter and the returns of local news anchors Andrea Carmichael and Rod Remington. Perhaps Rod will be revealed as Sue's baby daddy, although part of me has given up hope on ever getting an answer to that particular mystery.

How do you feel about the possibility of New Directions overturning their Sectionals DQ and continuing on at Regionals? Is the sting lessened by the promise of a sexy calendar?
