
On yesterday's
General Hospital, Patrick operated on Nikolas to remove his brain tumor. Elizabeth celebrated Jake's first birthday in the park with Lulu and Robin by her side. Mac told Spinelli that if anything happens to Maxie, he'll break every finger on his hands. Claudia returned home to find Jason waiting for her.
Nadine checks in on Nikolas after his surgery and notices Emily’s engagement ring in his hand. Alexis asks Jerry if he had anything to do with Michael’s shooting. Jason asks Claudia to prove that she didn’t order the hit on Sonny. Carly and Sonny stop Morgan from trying to wake Michael up and tell him that there’s nothing they can do right now for him.
Nadine lets Nikolas know that his surgery was a success. Jerry says that he did not know Ian Devlin but Alexis does not believe him. Carly is upset with Sonny for scaring Morgan and telling him that Michael can't wake up no matter what they do. At the Metro Court, Tracy expresses her anger at Luke for drinking and flirting with Anna. Sonny and Carly fight about what is best for both of their boys. Sonny leaves and finds Diane, to help him begin legal proceedings to gain full custody of Michael. Kate interrupts him and tells him that it's a terrible idea.
Luke visits Nikolas in the hospital, who asks him how he bounced back after losing Laura. Kate begs Sonny not to take things to court, saying that Carly wouldn't be able to handle it. Luke tells Nikolas that he will love again, even if he doesn't believe it right now. Ric offers to help Claudia get back into her family's business, which Anthony shut her out of. Jason goes to see Carly to tell her that Morgan should not have to grow up with an unconscious brother in the next room.
Jason goes to Michael's room, apologizing for not being able to protect him. Carly walks in at Sonny's just as he and Kate are telling each other that they love each other. She tells Sonny that she's going to have Michael transported to the facility that Jax found.
