On yesterday's
General Hospital, Nikolas decides that it’s time to move on and checks himself out of the hospital. Carly and Sonny take an emotional ride with Michael to bring him to the new facility. Jerry meets with Claudia on the piers and stabs her.
Jax accompanies Kate to a party, since both have pushed out of supporting Carly and Sonny through their grief over Michael. When Carly and Sonny arrive at the facility, they find Jason already there. After stabbing Claudia, Jerry throws her into the water just as Alexis steps out onto the piers.
Nikolas assures Spencer that he plans to live a long time. Jerry tells Alexis that the splash she heard was just a sandwich that he had tossed out. On the plane ride to the party, Kate admits to Jax that she paid Ian to leave town after he admitted to shooting Michael. Anthony looks to prove that Claudia and Johnny ordered the botched hit on Sonny. Elizabeth asks Lucky to spend some time with their boys.
Jason breaks down at Michael's bedside as he says goodbye to him. Lulu goes to Nikolas for advice on how to handle her feelings for Johnny. Sonny sits with Michael and tells him that he's not going to visit him as much as Carly will, because he feels that he needs to move on even though he loves him. Carly talks to Michael next, letting him know that she will never give up on him. In the rain, Elizabeth accidentally locks herself out of the car with Jake sitting inside.
Lulu meets up with Johnny and tells her to stop trying to scare her off. On their way home, Carly and Sonny reminisce about their happy times with Michael. Trevor watches through a window as Lulu and Johnny passionately make out. Jason finds Elizabeth on the side of the road and tries to help her get into her car. At the party, Jax and Kate share a dance. Carly panics in the car, feeling that she can't leave Michael alone and asks to go back. While comforting her, Sonny ends up kissing her. On the pier, Nikolas grabs Claudia who is gasping in pain, thinking that she is Emily, and hugs her.
