On yesterday's
General Hospital, Nadine is thrown out of the operating room for questioning Matt while he performed surgery on Spinelli. Nikolas meets with Johnny and offers to help him, only because he is so worried about Lulu. Jerry tries to figure out how far Sam would go to keep him from dating her mother. Claudia promises to do whatever Ric wants if her returns to Port Charles and takes care of her brother. Maxie slaps Matt when he tells her that Spinelli is in critical condition following his surgery. Carly visits Lulu at Shadybrook, unaware that Laura is awake and aware.
Maxie blames Matt for the fact that Spinelli's infection is spreading and his condition is not improving. Ric walks in just as Johnny is about to transferred out of the Port Charles police station and stops everyone from leaving. Kate walks in to discuss business with Jax but finds Carly lying in his bed. Diane tells Sonny that he cannot invite Carly to his wedding.
Patrick eats breakfast with Anna and tries to figure out where Robin's head is at after she rejected his wedding proposal. After reading the court order, Mac puts Johnny back in the interrogation room and does not move him to another jail. Sonny tells Diane that he won't be cheating on Kate with Carly (anymore). Carly makes it difficult for Kate and Jax to have a business meeting. Jax confronts Kate, in front his wife, asking why she lied about Carly to him.
When Robin shows up at Patrick's, Anna decides to leave the two alone to sort out their differences. Claudia continues to cry out to Scott that her brother is innocent and did not kill Logan. Lucky shows a little jealousy over Sam's constant encounters with Jerry. Sonny tells Mike all about his conversation with Diane over Kate. Jax gets Kate to admit that she lied about Carly, who also says that she was wrong. He tells her that if she lies to him again, he'll replace her with someone else to run Crimson.
Sonny tells Mike that he won't forget the terrible way that Carly treated him after Michael was shot. Spinelli wakes up in his hospital bed and is embarrassed that he doesn't appear strong and manly in front of Maxie. Matt is offended when he finds out that Patrick has been called in to give a second opinion. In the hospital break room, Robin vents out her frustrations over the proposal to Elizabeth. Jerry shows up at Jax's apartment and says that they all need to discuss Karpov.
All of the nurses tell Robin that she should give in and marry Patrick. Sam is insistent on continuing to shadow Jerry and try to figure out what his involvement is with Karpov's organization. Jerry tells Carly to stay away from Karpov, saying that he has a violent history with women. Kate shows up at Sonny's and confessed what she did to Carly. Robin can't find one person to agree with her that marrying Patrick would be a mistake. Alexis tries to offer Ric a deal but Scott says that no deal will be made and he'll be prosecuting Johnny.
