On yesterday's
General Hospital, Spinelli is devastated after Maxie admits that she finds Matt attractive. Carly begs Jax to stay with her, which he does, until Kate shows up at the door. Jason is upset that Sonny is making mob deals with the enemy. While Anthony and Claudia try to figure out how to bring Johnny home, Sonny barges in and says that they're going to pay.
Kate asks Jax to let her in, saying that it's an urgent business. Elizabeth begs Jason to talk to her and let her in and he does, admitting that he can't believe that Sonny would turn against him. Sonny tells Anthony that he'll kill him if he comes after his family. Lulu tells Johnny that she doesn't want to be the reason that he goes to prison.
Jax lets Kate in and is convinced to take care of an urgent business matter instead of continuing to talk things out with Carly. Lucky is concerned that Sam is in over her head by going undercover and working for Karpov but she asks him to trust her. Lulu tells Johnny that she won't get better if he's locked away and they can't be together.
Sam meets up with Karpov on the piers to discuss business while Lucky watches, hidden from sight. Elizabeth offers Jason support, feeling that Sonny blames him for losing Michael and Morgan. Jax solves a business crisis for Kate but Carly is unhappy that the two are continuing their business relationship and friendship. Johnny walks Lulu into Shady Pines, who tries to say that she's suddenly feeling better. Jax decided to walk out of his house and continue taking time away from Carly.
Elizabeth continues to offer support to Jason, telling him that he did everything that he could. Karpov wants to attack Jason's territory but Sam tries to convince him that that would be a terrible idea. Detective Harper tips off the staff at GH that there may be a lot of people in the ER tonight after he finds out about a shipment of drugs coming into the piers. Lucky overhears the tip and begins to worry for Sam's safety.
Carly sits with her wedding album and reminisces about all of the good times that she had with Jax. Nikolas shows up at the Zacchara house and tries to cut a deal with Anthony to keep Lulu safe. Jason confronts Sonny about his dealings with Karpov and he says that he was just trying to keep him safe. Kate walks in and asks Sonny if he's getting back into the business. Carly runs into Karpov on the piers and he offers to take her out on his boat.
While Sam gets the shipment ready, the police begin firing at her and Karpov's men. When she tries to run to Lucky, she gets shot. Johnny insists that Lulu stay at the institution and says that it is the best choice for both of them. As soon as he starts to leave, the police arrest Johnny and she starts screaming for them to let her go.
