On Friday’s
General Hospital, Nadine goes to find Nikolas, grabs him, and kisses him. Sonny tries to end his business relationship with Karpov but he tells him that things aren't over. Spinelli heads down to the piers to do a little investigating of his own but is grabbed by two of Karpov's men. Jerry fires shots at Claudia, Jason, and Carly on the piers.
Lulu freaks out after her hallucination in which a bloody Logan holds her birthday cake out for her. Nikolas pulls away from Nadine’s kiss and tells her that she misread the situation. Maxie tries to talk her way out of getting Spinelli free of Karpov’s thugs. They finally let him go when she says that they’re just there to have sex. Claudia, Carly, and Jason hide from the gunfire and wait for it to stop.
Lulu tells Johnny that everyone always tells her that she’s just like her mother and now she’s convinced that she’s going crazy like her, too. Elizabeth visits Nikolas, after Nadine runs out, to offer him support since Lulu is still missing and it’s her birthday. She tries to convince him to get over Emily and start to move on with other people. Sonny goes to see Kate, to talk about the struggle it's been since he left the mob.
Spinelli expresses his frustration that Maxie always rescues him instead of the other way around. Jason protects Claudia and Carly so that they can make it to an alleyway to safety. Johnny calls Claudia and asks him for a favor. Nadine shows up at work and immediately vents to Leyla about her issues with Nikolas. Claudia goes to Nikolas and says that she heard from Johnny. She says that Lulu seems to be having a breakdown and tries to get information out of Nikolas about Laura's condition.
Johnny promises Lulu that he won't let her slip into insanity. Diane shows up at Sonny's to lecture him about putting Max at risk, when Kate walks in and wonders why. Diane quickly covers and says that her relationship is at risk, not Max himself, a story that Kate buys. Maxie goes to Carly and tells her to ask Jason to watch out for Spinelli more. Nikolas explains how Laura ended up in a catatonic state. Johnny wakes up in the middle of the night and finds Lulu sitting on the roof, staring off into space.
