On yesterday's General Hospital, Johnny goes to see Nikolas and asks him to stay away from Claudia. Patrick tells Robin that he plans to stick by her side through this pregnancy and beyond. Spinelli walks in on Maxie going through Kate's things. Jax surprises Carly with a necklace - and the news that he is ready to try again to have a baby with her.

Kate walks into her office and witnesses Spinelli trying to kiss Maxie.  Sonny finds his father on the piers and he is badly beaten.  Jason tells Lulu that she has no future with Johnny.

Spinelli tries to explain himself but Kate tells them to get out of her office.  Outside, Maxie tells him that he's a genius and plants a big kiss on him.  Claudia explains to Johnny that Nikolas is a good person who took care of her and kept her secret about Michael's shooting.  Carly tells Jax that she doesn't know if it's possible for them to have a baby together.

Leyla tells Nadine that she has a date of sorts with Leo, who is accompanying her to a wedding later that night.  Sam goes to see Elizabeth, asking if it's possible for her to be in the same room as her children, since she is now dating Lucky seriously.  Carly understands that Jax wants a child of his own but isn't sure that she'll ever be ready to give him one.

Elizabeth tells Sam that she's not ready for the kids to be around Sam, only because she doesn't want to confuse them.  Lulu shows up at Wyndemere and continues to butt into Claudia's relationship with Nikolas.  Maxie stands up to Kate, feeling that she was too hard on Spinelli.  Leyla calls Kate from the hospital to let her know that Michael has been injured.

Sonny meets with the man who roughed up his father, telling him to get out of town or he'll kill him.  Nikolas tells Lulu that he's not interested in a relationship with Claudia or anyone else.  Elizabeth lets her walls down and says that she is willing to let Sam take the boys out on a planned date.  Nikolas sends Nadine a note, asking her to come to Wyndemere.  Sonny fails to intimidate the men who beat up his father, since he has removed himself from the business.

Carly asks Jax if he wants a child with her only because he thinks it will fix what's wrong between them.  Michael tells Kate that he's worried Sonny won't be able to stay away from the mob business.  Sonny storms into Jason's office, calls Spinelli a freak, and tells him to get out.  Claudia tells Johnny to dump Lulu.  Jax finds Carly crying in bed and crawls in to comfort her.
