On yesterday's General Hospital, Claudia decides to take charge of the Zacchara organization, whether Trevor and Johnny like it or not.  Ric convinces Marianna to give their relationship a chance but she seems to be spying on him for someone.  Lucky feels guilty for not believing Sam when she said the killer was alive and after her.  Elizabeth goes to see Sam in the hospital, wondering if she could have been the one to run her down.

Tracy tells Luke that their marriage is over.  Claudia looks forward to "meeting" Sonny and Sonny looks to track Claudia, the mysterious woman he spent the night with, down.  Jax is concerned when Carly says she needs to get the dents in her car fixed.  Who or what did she hit?  Sam wakes up and Elizabeth asks her if she know who hit her.  She just calls out for Lucky and is suspicious of Liz's sudden interest in her well-being.

Claudia starts making some changes around the Zacchara house including fresh flowers put in daily but more importantly, meetings with big families in the organized crime world.  Jax feels that Carly is holding information from him again and asks what it is that she's hiding.  Luke tries to work his way back in to Tracy's heart.  Logan and Lulu cuddle together on the couch as he talks about the scars he carries from being in the war.

Nadine interrupts Nikolas, on the pier, who was talking to Emily.  Lucky finally goes to see Sam in the hospital.  Lulu pulls away from Logan but he holds on to her, she stands up and yells at him that she said no.  Lucky thinks he has a suspect for who attacked Sam.  She recounts her night with the attacker for him up until she was hit.  When Johnny expresses anger that Claudia hasn't been in his life, she reminds him that she didn't choose to leave, she was sent away.  Nikolas yells at Nadine when she asks if he can see Emily.

Tracy chooses to walk away from Luke, especially after he let Skye help him escape the hospital on the day he was to be released.  Nadine tells Nikolas to stop complaining and realize what a gift it is that he can see Emily.  Sonny pulls Michael out of school to confront him about the gun he tried to take.  Michael promises to give up guns if Sonny can promise him that the killer won't come after their family again.  Scott shows up and tries to explain to Logan what freaked Lulu out: the fact that she knows that years ago, her father raped her mother.

After Nadine runs her mouth, she decides to take off and Emily tells him that she was right about everything she said to him.  Sonny tells Michael that he will protect the family but Michael fires back that Emily and Leticia are still dead.  Elizabeth meets Jason at the safe house, worried that she's the one who hit Sam.
