On yesterday's General Hospital, Lulu tries to get a hold of Johnny after he didn't show up for their date.  Nikolas goes to Jason, letting him know that Diego Alcazar is the Text Message Killer.  Diego abducts Sam and Elizabeth and drives off with them in his car.  Elizabeth wakes up and attacks Diego, causing the car to crash through the guard rail of a bridge.

Lulu shows up at the Zacchara house and finds Claudia instead of Johnny.  Alexis calls Sam, trying to track her down, after not hearing from her for a while.  At Sam's apartment, Jason tracks down her cell phone, which was lying on the ground.  Diego's car hangs over the edge of the bridge, dangling over the water.

Sonny presses Kate to tell him about her encounter with Trevor before she was shot.  Claudia introduces herself to Lulu as Johnny's half-sister.  Jason hears a recording on Sam's phone of Diego's voice.  Robin sits down and gives Joe the awful news that his wife is dead but his baby has made it.  As he goes to see his wife, Dr. Brown brings police in to keep an eye on him.  Alexis confides in Jerry that she is worried about Sam, who offers to check up on her.  She notices blood on his sweater and thinks he's been shot.

Spinelli and Maxie go into the sewers in search of clues for the killer or the path he took.  Elizabeth grabs the key to her handcuffs and frees herself.  Alexis feels that Jerry sneaked into her office to get information about Ric in order to get his hands on the waterfront properties.  As Elizabeth climbs out of the car, Diego comes to and grabs her, pulling her back in.  Lulu interrupts Sonny and Kate to find out where Johnny is.  Claudia overhears Sonny admitting to having Johnny.

Robin counsels Joe through Angie's death and holds his baby while he takes a minute to himself.  Nadine tells Nikolas that people can feel their loved ones who have died the most in the place where they first died.  Lucky finds the car on the bridge but Diego shoots him before he can get too close.  Claudia insists, again, to Sonny that she doesn't have Michael.   Robin finally admits to Patrick that he is the father of her baby.

Johnny finds a marker and starts drawing on the walls of his padded cell, writing music.  Claudia goes to see Kate, telling her that she slept with Sonny.  Maxie and Spinelli get locked down in the sewers.  Jason sees that Lucky has been shot and crouches behind a car to try to get to Diego, Sam, and Elizabeth.
