Since 1963, General Hospital has been annually treating viewers with a special Christmas episode in time for the holiday.  While it's always exciting to look forward to what's in store for the current season, it's also nice to look back and relive memories of year's past.  Next month, fans can do so as SOAPnet airs a special three-hour marathon of classic General Hospital Christmas episodes.

The General Hospital event, which is called "The Most of Christmas Past," will be co-hosted by Kirsten Storms (Maxie Jones) and Bradford Anderson (Damien Spinelli).

Below is a list of the episodes with a brief preview that are scheduled to air on December 25 from 8pm to 11pm.

8pm – Episode 1996-8637
Original air date – December 24, 1996

The marathon kicks off with Sonny (Maurice Benard) helping out by taking over as a Christmas tree salesman.  Meanwhile, Jax (Ingo Rademacher) and Brenda (Vanessa Marcil) spend the holiday together and Jason (Steve Burton) shares special Christmas wishes with Lila (Anna Lee) and Robin (Kimberly McCullough).

9pm – Episode 1998-9151
Original air date - December 24, 1998

The drama continues as Monica (Leslie Charleson) asks Edward (John Ingle) to play as Santa and Alan (Stuart Damon) to read the Christmas story at the hospital party.  Moreover, Lucky (Greg Vaughan) and Liz (Rebecca Herbst) say they love each other for the first time and then exchange gifts with Nikolas (Tyler Christopher) and Emily (Amber Tamblyn).

10pm –Episode 2004-10689
Original air date – December 24, 2004

Last but not the least, viewers will be taken back to the time when Ric (Rick Hearst) and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) are rescued from the woods in time to celebrate Kristina's Christening with Sonny and Carly (Tamara Braun).  Elsewhere, Emily shares Christmas dinner with Nikolas, who's in jail.

Stay tuned for more updates on General Hospital!
