While Dr. Bishop checks out the four-hours-old grandpa at his lab, Olivia (Anna Torv) and Peter investigate the hotel room.  Peter finds some orange gel in the bathroom, while Olivia discovers that the killer changed the sheets beforehand and replaced them with soak-proof linens.  She recognizes the work of Mr. Worst Booty Call Ever, as he was the subject of a case she worked on with John years earlier.  His MO was to give women a muscle paralyzer before removing a chunk of their brains.  He sounds like the perfect guy to bring home to mom.

Olivia tells Charlie (Kirk Acevedo) that she wants to reopen the brain surgeon's case, but he's less than thrilled with the idea of digging up a 12-year-old investigation.  He changes his mind once Olivia reminds him that she feels dirty and traumatized due to John's betrayal.  Over in another part of the state, the brain surgeon is getting ready to steal a chunk of gray matter from a Brittany Murphy look-alike.  He succeeds in sticking her with the orange goop.

Dr. Bishop discovers that the baby daddy is someone who was subjected to experiments similar to ones he conducted over 30 years ago.  He also remembers where he parked his car before heading to the mental institution, which is handy since his old hunk o' junk is filled with important files.  Bishop knows that the brain surgeon must be manipulating the pituitary gland to induce rapid aging, so it's time to go see rapid aging expert Dr. Penrose.

Dr. Penrose used to work with growth hormone manipulation, but he stopped his experiments after a year due to ethical concerns.  He's of little help, so it's handy that Brittany Murphy shows up dead and without a pituitary gland shortly thereafter.  That's when Dr. Bishop reveals that he was once part of a group that attempted to grow soldiers in a lab for battle.  The scientists could never find a way to stop the aging process, so the experiments were deemed a failure.  It appears that the brain surgeon is one of these theoretical lab babies brought to life, and he's discovered that he can stop his rapid aging by stealing pituitary glands.  His super sperm infected Lorraine and created the elderly toddler.  I guess there isn't such a thing as protective sex when you're dealing with a rapidly aging super-soldier pituitary-lover.
