'Fringe' Preview: There's A Song Inside Walter's Head
And finally, Peter knows that he isn't Walter's son. Or at least, not our Walter's son. And he's off, never to be seen for a while, and Fringe division suffers a blow, especially now that they're much closer to the bigger picture.

Well, no, you don't have to worry about not seeing Joshua Jackson on tonight's Fringe. He will be around.

In fact, tonight's episode is a little different from the rest. We've been told about this musical episode of Fringe. You've probably gone, "a sci-fi series going musical?" And you probably scoffed at the thought. Well, it will make sense.

Peter's gone, and Walter's got to deal with it. So, we're told, he'll be spiking up on those hallucinogens again like in the past. At the same time, Olivia's adorable nephew Ella drops by, and he tells her a fairy tale... and that brings us to the musical, one straight from Walter's head, one with some film noir touches, only it involves the cylinder we saw in the first season.

Oh, and of course, songs. Anna Torv will sing. Blair Brown will sing, I also heard. Lance Reddick is playing the piano. And Joshua Jackson? I don't think he'll do anything musical...

's musical episode airs tonight from 9pm on Fox. I think it'll be a good change of tone. I also hope it's good.
