Angela Ridgeon is a British actress known for her role as Trisha Watson on the BBC series Footballers’ Wives. She was born in Chiswick and grew up in Ealing and Harrow, London. She is blue-eyed and stands 5’5” tall. She is a graduate of the Webber Douglas Academy and has appeared in both theater and television primarily in the U.K. Angela is also an alto/mezzo soprano.

Trisha Watson, portrayed by Angela Ridgeon on Footballers’ Wives, is Callum Watson’s devoted and doting mother. She is a loud-mouthed, unsophisticated overprotective mother whose entire life revolves around her beloved son. She has struggled to raise Callum on her own and feels threatened by her son’s newfound fame and independence. She worries that Callum’s increasing popularity and wealth will make him a target for unscrupulous individuals out to take advantage of him. She wants to keep her boy close and will do almost anything to maintain his attachment to home.
