Thing 1, also known as Trisha, is popularly known as the contestant on
Flavor of Love who recently got eliminated from the reality dating show for orally pleasuring her ex-boyfriend one week before entering the house. Now that she's out, she's breaking her silence to give her side of the story in attempt to redeem herself.
Unlike other contestants on
Flavor of Love, Thing 1 competed with her identical twin sister as one person. Although this was never her intention upon joining the show, she and her sister
Thing 2, eventually became accustomed to this idea, considering the odd circumstances they were in. So when they were forced to split up in the last episode's elimination, it became a very emotional moment for Thing 1 to separate from
Flavor Flav and ultimately, her sister, who is still in the running.
“I still have my sister on there, so she's still representing us. My spirit is through her, so I'm still on the show through my sister,” Thing 1 said.
While Thing 1 seems to be happy for her sister for staying in
Flavor of Love so far, she admits that she got hurt when she “unexpectedly” departed the show given that she really felt attracted to Flavor Flav.
“I feel like it was unfair. My sister and I was feeling him the same exact way. I was feeling Flav a lot, and being in that situation, your feelings grow more and more…that was hurtful,' she said.
As for her sentiments on being eliminated for something involving her ex-boyfriend, Thing 1 remains displeased for being cut off from the competition for the wrong reasons.
“For me to go home off some bullcrap, to know that it was nothing but lies, just to make good TV, I thought it was unfair. I'm always honest. I'm a grown woman. I want to be ashamed of nothing that I do. To be exploited in that way, I was disgusted with that,” she said.
