Flash Forward: Preview of Episode 6 "Scary Monsters and Super Creeps"
The obligatory Halloween episode has arrived, and we didn't need a vision of the future to know that monsters and creeps are afoot on tonight's Flash Forward.  We were left with a shootout on the previous installment of the series, and we'll see if things have looked up for the agents on "Scary Monsters and Super Creeps."

With a title like that, you can bet there'll be more chills coming on Flash Forward.  Of course, that may just be the addition of Dominic Monaghan to the cast.  He'll be playing the mysterious Simon, who has ties to Lloyd Simcoe (Jack Davenport) and the feared global blackout.

On "Scary Monsters and Super Creeps," Mark (Joseph Fiennes) and the team try to figure out if the attack made on them in the parking lot is connected to Janis (Christine Woods) being shot.  Most of the photos show them all in the hospital, as their colleague is put under the care of Mark's wife Olivia Benford (Sonya Walger).

Halloween has always been a time of revelation, when ghouls are at their best in making themselves known to us.  Flash Forward, meanwhile, brings us a different type of revelation.  Last episode, we saw how Olivia found out about Mark's relapse to alcoholism.  Now, she confronts him about it and discovers something worse.

Her own flash-forward continues to haunt her as well, since Lloyd Simcoe AKA "The Other Man" keeps returning to her life.  His son Dylan is missing from her hospital, and he needs all the help he can get to find him.

Meanwhile, Demetri (John Cho) is assigned to work with Special Agent Gough (Lee Thompson Young).  The two of them track down a clue that was foreshadowed in Mark's vision of the future, which may lead to important results.

As for Simon, well, let's check out the trailer below.

The thing about mystery is, you want to find out what's behind it but you're not sure you'll like what you discover.  It's like removing the mask of a killer in those old Scooby-Doo cartoons.  But this time, the cuffs haven't been put on the suspect and they can cause even more chaos than before.

Anyway, don't forget to catch the new episode of Flash Forward as it airs tonight at 8pm on ABC.
