Tonight's episode title says what we've all been wanting to say to the Flash Forward writers for some time now. While we can't always be left in the dark given the mysteries on the show, we'd like a bit of clarity now and then. Will we get any of that soon on this installment of the ABC series?
On "Gimme Some Truth," Mark (Joseph Fiennes) has to face a Senate Intelligence Committee hearing and finds himself defending his flash-forward. The continuation of the investigation relies on him, but it's going to be tough providing evidence on something that hasn't even happened yet.
Questioned about his visions, Mark has to provide details so that funding will persist for the team of Stanford Wedeck (Courtney B. Vance). As usual, hardly anyone believes him.
Also on the episode, we'll get to find out more about Janis (Christine Woods) and her own romantic relationship. If we recall, her flash-forward had her getting an ultrasound even though she wasn't involved with anyone yet. She's certainly affected by her vision, which causes her to re-evaluate the love in her life.
Speaking of which, there's the relationship between Mark and Olivia (Sonya Walger). The doctor suddenly receives an anonymous message that will clue us all in on the flash-forward of her husband. Just like Demetri (John Cho) getting news on his own flash-forward, there's so much ambiguity on
Flash Forward these days. Hopefully we won't be let down by the big reveal. But that's probably seasons away anyway.
