ER, the long-running medical drama, enters its 14th season on September 27 at 10pm. Hard as it may be for some people to believe the show is still on, the stranger part is that it's still in its original time slot and has aired Thursdays at 10pm all 14 seasons.

The cast of doctors and nurses at Cook Country General are stuck is always changing. This year, Goran Visnjic and Shane West are out, leaving John Stamos as the male lead. It is popularly rumored that this will be the show's final season, and in preparation, producers are trying to lure back old cast members such as Noah Wyle and Julianna Margulies.
