Part 1 / Part 2
You kind of touched on this earlier, but you and Kevin Connelly, who plays E on the show, you’re love interest, seem to have some really good natural chemistry. You said that came natural from the beginning, but is that ever something that you have to work hard on?
Well, is this something that I need to work hard on…that’s an interesting question. There have been times where I’ve done certain things where there wasn’t chemistry and that was really, really challenging and it’s just such an unenjoyable experience because naturally you’re connected to someone or your not and there have been times where I haven’t been and it’s not reciprocated and it’s funny because you think these things just sort of go away, like these projects and sort of things you do almost for the experience, they really disappear and you’re glad that they do. And then there’s things like my chemistry with Kevin is something real. Like I believe…you know, we met and we shared this journey together but I believe we’ll be friends for a long, long, long, long, long time to come. So it was always very easy with him.
Do you have any favorite episodes that you’ve worked on? Any sort of favorite moments in an episode?
There have been so many. So, the birthday party down at the Queen Mary, as much as I, basically, just made it into the end of that episode, those two days were the most fabulous days working on set. We were on location, we were on the Queen Mary which is just fun being on this boat. Everyone was just in such a festive mood and we just did so many funny things like Kevin and I got lost on the Queen Mary and Jerry was like freaking us out with these stories that the Queen Mary was haunted and this and that. So we’re trying to go meet Adrian at one of the little eateries on the boat and we can’t find him and we feel like we’re in the twilight zone. And we were laughing so hard and we were freaking out, because we were like, “Oh my God, if they can’t find us, we’re going to hold up production.” So like the whole thing, but you know, everyday was such a fun adventure and we found our way, and nothing was held up. But it was a fun time when you’re away with the cast and it was just so fun.
Can you tell us a little bit about what we’re going to see from you especially in upcoming episodes. I think you’re featured in Sunday’s episode, right?
Yes I am. Well on Sunday’s episode, Sloan and E want to go away and Sloan would love to have a romantic getaway with E and he’s so attached to Vince, and it’s weird to do that without him, that it just becomes how they get around it and it’s a pretty funny episode. Vince wants to bring some random girl, and E’s trying to worm himself out of it.
What we’re seeing right now is the second half of season three…I know season four is filming now; are we going to be seeing you in season four?
Very little.
You’ve done a lot of film and television in your career…do you prefer one to the other and what sort of things do you want to get into as your career progresses?
I definitely…my sights have always been set to increase your film. You know, when they started this business, it was always a dream to make movies. Only because that’s what I’ve been moved and inspired by. I’m actually not a TV watcher, I don’t watch TV in my home in California, I do in New York because my boyfriends addicted, he wakes up and turns on the TV. However, having said that, I think that the cable channels, HBO, it’s so amazing to be a part of a show like that because it’s not regular television. There’s something about it, that I just really believe that when you’re on a HBO show, it’s another avenue to do features. Like for some reason it’s sort of looked at a little bit differently, and look more intelligent to me, you know. There’s great shows on television I know, but like I said, I’m not a TV person, so my scope is pretty small. But you know, as my career progresses, I just hope that I can do roles and do things that I can really sink my teeth into and really step up to challenges that I dream of. That’s what it’s about. When you’re reading something, you just feel sort of in your hearts of heart, I have to do this role, or I want to do this, I want to tackle this, I want to be a part of this, it’s so exciting. And you know, there’s so much I want to do that I haven’t done yet.
Outside of Entourage, are there any upcoming projects that you’d like to talk to us about?
You know, I have lots of irons in the fire right now, but nothing that I can firmly talk about at the moment.
