Entourage season 6 is long over, but basketball superstar LeBron James said he enjoyed spending part of his summer on the set of the HBO series. Along with James, Matt Damon and U2 frontman Bono appeared on the episode toward the end of the season finale. Entourage creator Doug Ellin said he new James was a big fan of the series and actually called James personally to see if his schedule can permit a little cameo.
"It was perfect timing," said James, who is no stranger to television, having hosted Saturday Night Live. "I just happened to be in L.A. around the time they were shooting the last episode, so I was able to get in."
On the
Entourage season 6 finale, Vince was about to head to Italy to film his next movie when Matt Damon, Bono, and James strong-armed him to get involved in Damon's charity. Elsewhere, Turtle hooked up with Brooke, but he realized he couldn't get over Jamie-Lynn so he headed to New Zealand to get her back. Drama, finally, chose to give up acting, only to head back in for another Melrose edition (no he can't make up his mind). The Sloan-E thing was finally resolved, too, as well as the Ari-Lloyd thing.
