Entourage star Jeremy Piven is set to host this year’s
Fashion Rocks concert at Radio City Music Hall on September 6. It will air the following night on CBS at 9/8c.
The event, which has been part of New York Fashion week since 2004, serves as a celebration of the relationship between music and fashion.

“The synergy between fashion and music is even more pronounced now than it was when we first created
Fashion Rocks three years ago,” Richard Beckman, president of Conde Nast Media Group, said. “Each year the line between the two becomes increasingly blurred as more musicians launch fashion lines and more designers align themselves with musicians.”
Artists that have signed up to perform at
Fashion Rocks 2007 are Jennifer Lopez, Fergie, Fall Out Boy, Usher, Aerosmith,
Carrie Underwood,
Jennifer Hudson, Alicia Keys, Avril Lavigne, Ludacris, Martina McBride and Santana.
Last year’s concert was hosted by music icon, Sir Elton John. Several celebrities in and out of the music industry participated in the event, including Rachel Bilson, Eva Mendez, Jimmy Fallon,
Denis Leary, Christina Aguilera, Beyonce, Black Eyed Peas, Rihanna, Jamie Foxx and the Pussycat Dolls.
Fashion is an integral part of the entertainment industry, and just as it continues to influence the world of music, so does it thrive in the arenas of film and television.
Early in May, renowned denim brand AG Adriano Goldschmied launched a line inspired by the characters in
Entourage, an HBO series that follows the story of a young Hollywood celebrity and his friends. The line, aptly called “AG for Entourage,” features denim tops and bottoms for both men and women.
"I have to say, AG looks good on the guys… Very cute on the butt,” actress
Perrey Reeves said during the launch party. Reeves plays the wife of talent agent Ari Gold (Jeremy Piven) on the show.
Aside from Reeves and Jeremy Piven, the series also stars
Adrian Grenier as Vincent “Vinny” Chase,
Kevin Dillon as Johnny “Drama” Chase,
Kevin Connolly as Eric “E” Murphy and
Jerry Ferrara as Turtle.
Entourage is currently on its fourth season and airs every Sunday at 10pm on HBO.
