Episode Overview: The boys buy Eric a desk for his new office but find out it already has an owner.  Ari has a meeting with an R&B diva.

Eric has decided to get a new office for his producer responsibilities.  It's hard to get work done around the house when everybody's partying.  The office is not in the most desirable location and barely has any furniture.  Ari's got a big day ahead of him: Mary J. Blige will be paying her annual visit to the office.  Before the meeting, one of his co-workers, Jeff, warns Ari that he and his brother have been having problems.  If it doesn't have to do with Mary J., Ari isn't interested.

Jim, Jeff's brother, goes to Ari asking that Jeff be fired.  Ari has more things to worry about.  He's on the phone with one of Peter Jackson's VPs.  Seems E let them know Vince wants to work with Peter.    The boys set their sights on a quality desk for Eric's office.  They find one with a rich Hollywood history, with one former owner being DeNiro.  That sells Vince who throws down $42K for that piece of furniture.  Before he can buy it, he finds out someone already bought and that someone is Gary Busey.  Yes!

In a meeting to discuss the future of Mary J.'s career, Jim and Jeff get into a huge fight and end up wrestling on the floor.  While Ari breaks up fights, the boys pay a visit to Gary Busey.  There's no way he's going to part with that desk.  Drama jumps in saying Vince will pay anything for it but Busey doesn't care about price.  When Busey calls out Turtle for being too quiet, he admits that he's scared of him.  And he should be.  For his next art project, he wants to paint Drama.  Not a picture of Drama, actually paint ON Drama.

Eric looks to place an ad for his new company with Variety.  He runs into trouble when they need confirmation that he represents Vince from Ari.  Ari, meanwhile, has his hands full with the feuding brothers.  He finally gets to the bottom of it: Jeff slept with Jim's wife.  Ari has to decide which one to fire since it's obvious that they can't work together so he fires Jim for earning less than his slimy brother.

Drama stands half naked in a room while Gary chants and throws paint at him and the guys get front row seats to the freak show.  It just gets better every week!  Eric misses out on the fun while trying to promote his company.  Shauna calls Eric to hand him his butt.  If he wants to be promoted, he calls her and she'll get it done.

Back to Ari.  Mary J. has arrived, looking good as always.  Before the meeting can start, she has just one question.  Where's Jim?  Ari tries to pass Jeff off on Mary but she's not havin' it.  She wants to know the whole story but he tries to avoid filling her in.  Too bad for Ari as Jim gets off the elevator and fills her in.  Ari storms into Jeff's office, firing him too.

Vince and company meet the delivery guys at Eric's office to present the desk.  Seems the desk can't fit through the doors so they're out of luck.  A new edition of Variety hits the internet that night and it seems Eric made headlines for being too close to Vince while producing his films.  By the way, the boys found a solution to the desk problem.  They bought office space and everyone gets one, including Eric complete with a historic desk.

Peter Jackson gives Eric a call to let him know not to take the media bashing personally.  He and Eric set up a meeting for next week and it seems E might need to get himself an assistant now that he's big time.
